Using the wall to practice your lifts! (My phone can’t ever get a picture of my full handstand)
First place the crown of the head against the wall. bring the hands slightly in front of the face, press the palms into the floor, and spread your fingers wide. Then bring your legs to either side of the hands (it might be easier the more wide you spread the legs) and press the head into the wall. Engage your core and lift!!! if you cant get it the first time don’t be discouraged! Keep trying!
